ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Telemarketer - State Farm Agent Team Member with Poonam Walia - State Farm Agent, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and expanding our customer base. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential clients, promote our insurance products, and secure appointments for our sales team.you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and introduce them to our insurance products
  • Build rapport with prospects and effectively communicate the benefits of our insurance policies
  • Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning techniques
  • Schedule appointments for our sales team with interested prospects
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in our CRM system
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales role
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • A valid insurance license (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Proactive in problem-solving
